College Funding for Youth

A quality education is one of the most reliable predictors of a life free of poverty. A college education has the immense potential to equip individuals with the tools and skill sets necessary for them to thrive in their chosen professional careers, thereby contributing to their financial security. While in the west a quality college education is hardly unattainable with the help of rampant government-assisted financial aid programs, in the middle east, many of our brothers and sisters are denied the luxury of a college education due to the associated financial burden.

In Egypt, many youth have lofty aspirations to become professionals and leaders in their chosen fields. These are youth like Milad, who dreams of becoming a nurse, Youssef, who dreams of becoming a software engineer, Sameh who dreams of being the CEO of his own computer programming company, and Kyrillos, who also dreams of becoming a computer programmer. These individuals are currently in college and hope to graduate in order to fulfill their goals. However, the steep costs of education pose a threat, especially with the rising costs of living and Egypt’s ever-worsening inflation.

Unheard Cries is working with on-ground representatives to help individuals like Milad, Youssef, Sameh, and Kyrillos cover their college tuition costs and reduce the financial burden of their education. These individuals are the future leaders of Egypt. Their education today will help ensure a brighter future for themselves, their families, and their country at large. Your donations today will help these youth fulfill their dreams and aspirations.
